Passport to Italy Dinner Series at Trattoria by Chef Marc

Weekly 4-course dinners to feature 6 Italian regions

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA, USA (March 12, 2021)Trattoria by Chef Marc, located inside Ahern Hotel near the Las Vegas Strip in Las Vegas, Nevada, is hosting an exclusive 6-week dinner series featuring a different Italian food destination from March 24 to April 28, 2021.

The Passport to Italy dinner includes an intimate live cooking experience with four-course dinner. Each week, up to 15 guests get “first class seats” around the open kitchen for an interactive evening with local celebrity Chef Marc Sgrizzi as he shares stories from his travels around Italy.

Featuring award-winning Hestan Culinary cookware, the live kitchen is surrounded by socially distanced glass panels where guests can watch the live action and enjoy a special tasting menu of regional Italian cuisine.

The Passport to Italy dinner showcases four courses from a single region each week. To be held every Wednesday at 6:00 p.m., dinner is priced at $75 per person.

The culinary journey begins in Lazio on March 24 and continues to the Amalfi Coast on March 31, Emilia-Romagna on April 7, Tuscany on April 14, Campania on April 21, ending in Sicily on April 28.

Guests can collect up to six “passport stamps” throughout the weekly dinner series toward exclusive offers on future visits. Collecting four stamps earns a free drink, five stamps for a free appetizer and six stamps for a free entrée. The stamped passport must be presented to the server to redeem, excluding during the Passport to Italy dinner series. Trattoria by Chef Marc is located on the first floor of Ahern Hotel at 300 W. Chef Marc Sgrizzi, known for elevated Italian cuisine, will be opening his next restaurant at Ahern Hotel, a modern boutique hotel on the Las Vegas Strip.
