Celebrity Chef Bruno Morabito Joins Ahern Hotel

“Master of Brunch” brings award-winning tastes to Trattoria by Chef Marc

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA, USA (August 3, 2021) – Ahern Hotel, located near the Las Vegas Strip in Southern Nevada, brings on Chef Bruno Morabito to serve an American and Italian breakfast menu at Trattoria by Chef Marc beginning August 4, 2021.

With an extensive career and eclectic style that has been featured at numerous upscale restaurants along the Las Vegas Strip, Chef Morabito is known for his creative comfort food. He has developed critically acclaimed dishes, including a signature Chicken and Waffles that was first introduced at Aureole at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino.

Chef Morabito’s unique menus have been declared “Best Brunch in Las Vegas” twice – for Thomas Keller’s Bouchon at The Venetian Resort by Forbes Travel Magazine and for GIADA at The Cromwell by Las Vegas Review Journal. He also headed Sid’s Café inside the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino as Chef de Cuisine.

Trattoria by Chef Marc’s new breakfast menu will be served from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Breakfast will be available from Monday-Friday on August 4-13 and extended to 7 days per week starting on August 16.
