To celebrate the National Finals Rodeo coming to town, Trattoria by Chef Joel is offering a special prix fixe menu December 1 – 10, 2022.* This hearty 3-course meal is cowboy-approved and includes: a baby iceberg wedge salad with gorgonzola, smoked bacon, heirloom tomatoes, chives and balsamic; an herb-crusted Piedmontese flat-iron steak with buttery mashed potatoes, baby carrots and red wine bordelaise sauce; and carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and walnuts for dessert. All this for only $58 per person.**
