We had Shayna as our waitress and she made the whole experience amazing!!! I thought I was just coming to have a hotel breakfast but the food was top notch and Shayna made it an actual experience!!!
I travel for work and stay here once or teice a month. The food is great but the service is better. Shayna has been my server for a year and her smile and great service bring me back.

Barbeque brisket sandwich was excellent, lots tender brisket, cole slaw was a little overdressed but that just being picky. The lattice fries however, were chewy, almost stale like they were reheated. I doubt that was the case as the chef Bruno, came out immediately and asked if he could remake them for us. Now that’s customer service! If not for the fries i would have given 5 stars all around.The waitress, Victoria, was great, very attentive and genuinely concerned regarding the fries.Definitely would come back here, reasonably priced as well. Don’t miss this place!
The brunch at Ottimo is fantastic! We had the pastry sampler, parfaits, avocado toast, chicken milanese and raspberry gelato. Make sure to try the lemon pastry, it is to die for! Thank you to Chef Bruno and his team. We will definitely be back!
Great ambience tried waffles for break fast. Great place. Great service. Would love to try buffet next time. Lot of events happens at this location. Las Vegas Fashion Week was held in the same building.
anted to host a brunch here before the festival. I’ve been a server for over 10 years so I know how hard it can be to take on large parties at the last minute… but this restaurant was insanely under prepared. Immediately after we sat, the chef come out and say “we have a party of 30 later, so don’t be surprised if your food comes out late”. Didn’t say hi or anything. Him and the other managers just gave my party nasty glares the first half of our breakfast. I could tell they were annoyed but the entire restaurant was pretty empty. Maybe 1 other table there... so how are you upset I brought you business 😂. Also the only drinks they could prepare is mimosas, and they said we couldn’t do bottomless because they would soon run out of champagne…So with months to prepare for a busy festival across the street, it didn’t occur to yall to be fully staffed? They also said some bartenders quit the day before and I just know this place is toxic 😂. Food is amazing though. I had a salmon pizza and strawberry cheesecake waffles. Portions were huge and reasonably priced for Vegas. I came back twice during my stay.The buffalo wings are pretty bland. Server tried her best lol
This place has the NICEST servers I have seen in my life. I didn’t have any particular requests, but in general they were so gracious and pleasant. I don’t know if it’s the holidays vibe or they’re always like this.I would give 4 stars for food. I liked everything I tried. Reasonable prices, decent taste. I loved the steak double burger and the sourdough waffles. I would have that waffle every day!The side salad was meh, and the Pesto pizza was a bit too oily for me, but it tasted good.
