*At the time of establishing a guest room block, the event organizer is required to provide a valid credit or debit card. When a guest reserves or checks in to a room within the block, the individual guest is required to provide a valid credit or debit card and a refundable $100 per night security deposit for their reserved room. The deposit covers incidentals or potential damages and will be released after check-out, provided there are no outstanding charges or damages.

Your proposal is prepared after the planning process, once your event details have been reviewed and finalized with your Event Coordinator.
During the planning phase, our team will work with you to discuss your event goals, venue selection, catering, event enhancements, and other important details. Preliminary pricing and quotes may be provided throughout this process as your event takes shape.
Once your event details are confirmed, your Event Coordinator will prepare a customized proposal outlining the agreed-upon services, pricing, and event details before moving forward with the booking process.
Ahern Hotel can provide sample floor plans to help you visualize your event layout, including seating arrangements, stage placement, and overall event flow.
During the planning process, our Event Team will work with you to review your preferred setup and help create a layout that is realistic, functional, and aligned with your event needs.

Once your event details have been finalized and you are ready to move forward, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your event date and venue space.
Should you need to reschedule, your deposit may be applied toward a future event date, subject to venue availability and coordination with your Event Coordinator.

For smaller events, guests may access the venue directly through the designated event entrance. For larger events, our Event Team may implement a planned arrival flow to help manage traffic, enhance guest experience, and maintain safe movement throughout the property.
