Information collected through this form, including your contact information, referral contact information, event details, and other information you choose to provide, will be used to administer the Ahern Referral Program, communicate regarding the referral, manage eligible rewards, and provide related services. Information submitted through this form may be processed by service providers acting on behalf of Ahern Hotel where reasonably necessary to operate the form, manage referrals, communicate with participants, administer Ahern Rewards, or provide related services. TERMS & CONDITIONS

Referral Points are loyalty rewards you earn when you refer friends or family to host an event at Ahern Hotel. Once their event is booked and completed, points are added to your Ahern Rewards account, allowing you to redeem them for discounts, perks, and other rewards through the Ahern Loyalty Program.

Once your referred friend or family member hosts and completes their event at Ahern Hotel, you can earn up to 50,000 loyalty points ($500 value).

EXAMPLE:

  • Referral event is $100,000 = Receive the maximum 50,000 points.
  • Referral event is $8,000 = Receive 8,000 points.

Referral Points will be automatically added to your Ahern Rewards account within 7-days after the referred event is completed. Points will not be awarded if the referral cancels or does not commit to an event booking.

Recurring Events:
Referral Points are only awarded for the first completed event. For example, if your referral books a recurring event at Ahern Hotel, you will only receive points for their initial event.

Rewards Points are our way of saying thank you for your loyalty!

You’ll earn 1-point for every dollar spent on eligible purchases throughout the hotel. Points can be redeemed for cashback, discounts, freebies, exclusive offers, and even access to special events. The more you spend, the more perks you unlock!

1000 Points = $10 Reward

  • Reward Points from everyday purchases will NOT expire after points have been awarded.
  • Referral Points will expire 6-Months after points have been awarded if not redeemed prior to expiration.

*Points are not awarded on hotel rooms, vending machines, taxes, gratuities, or non–point-of-sale purchases. A minimum purchase of $1 is required to use reward points. Points have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may only be used within Ahern Hotel premises. Referral Points will expire 6-Months after they are awarded. Referral Points will be automatically added to your Ahern Rewards account within 7 days. Points will not be awarded if referral cancels or does not commit to an event booking. Management reserves all rights, including the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without notice. All disputes concerning points and Loyalty Rewards program will be resolved by Management in its sole and absolute discretion. Management’s decisions are final and binding upon all Loyalty Rewards members.
